• All managers must check their team in prior to competing in the National Tournament events. 

• Teams will be assigned times however, every team must be available to check-in at 8:00 AM Saturday, July 18th. 

• Manager’s will be provided check-in time by Monday July 11th.

• General Team Check in at DeSoto's Town Center. 

• The town center is located approximately 3 miles from Grimes Park. 

• Pre-orders will be handed out at this time.  

• All teams must come in full uniform for team pictures

Sunday. July 19h

Manager’s Meeting (Mandatory)  10:00AM – 11:00PM
Bluebonnet Room - Desoto Town Center

• Mandatory coaches meeting held in the Bluebonnet Room, located in the Town center. 

• Rules and discussions will be conducted at this time with the tournament directors and head umpire. 

• Pool play schedules will be handed out.

• All managers must attend and no more than two representatives per team please.

• Coach's passes will be passed out at meeting.

• Game schedules WILL NOT be released until the managers' meeting.

Team Mom's / Managers Meeting (Highly Recommended)  10:30AM – 11:00PM

Opening Ceremony (Mandatory)  2:00PM – 3:30PM
TEAMS ASSEMBLE AT 1:00PM
Grimes Park - 501 E. Wintergreen - Desoto, TX.

• Teams will need to be at the park at 1:00pm to be staged

• Open Ceremony Team Parade will begin at 2:00pm.

• Teams will assemble and march in FULL UNIFORM from the back practice area through the park and into the Championship Stadium - All teams will be announced. 

• Team are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO MAKE POSTERS OR TEAM BANNERS TO USE DURING PARADE.

• Opening benediction will follow the parade of teams.

• All players will receive a hotdog and a drink FREE

Lone Star Skills Competition  4:30PM – 6:30PM
Grimes Park - 501 E. Wintergreen - Desoto, TX.

  • Outfield Accuracy Throw 

  • Timed Base Running

  • Infield Around-the-Horn

• Players will be competing for some very nice prizes. 

• A Professional DJ's will play music!

Monday. July 20th

Pool Play - 8am - 8pm
Grimes Park and Mosley Park

• Team will play a total of three (3) on Monday and Tuesday.

• Games times may begin as early as 8:00 am.

Tuesday. July 21th

Pool Play - 8am - 8pm
Grimes Park and Mosley Park

• Team will play a total of three (3) on Monday and Tuesday.

• Games times may begin as early as 8:00 am.

• Pool play finish on Tuesday evening

Manager’s Meeting

• All managers are required to attend this meeting at the Town Center. 

• Bracket play will be presented based on seeding from the pool play. 

• The time and place will be announced - please be prepared for this meeting to take place late (after 10pm) Tuesday evening.

Wednesday. July 22th

Bracket Play Begins- 8am - 2pm
Grimes Park and Mosley Park

• Bracket play will begin at Grimes and Mosley Park

• Play will end with the 2pm game so everyone can attend the Ranger's game Wednesday evening.

Texas Rangers Game

• Players participating in the Pre Game Activities, need to arrive at Ranger Stadium at 6:00pm.

• Start time 7:05pm

• Two (2) lucky players will throw out the first pitch

• Lone Star Skills Competition winners will be announced at Home Plate before the game.

Thursday. July 23th

Bracket / Elimination Play Continue- 8am - 8pm

Friday. July 24th

Championship Saturday. July 25th
